The materials used for the manufacture of the sanitary cabins MIPOL

MIPOL, S.L., it takes the satisfaction of his clients as a principal target, for this motive, in the manufacture so much of the sanitary cabins (in his different versions of wash-basins for particular use, services of vehicles and WC of public use), as of other pieces and parts of vehicles for the sector of the automotion (fender, tabliers, stairs, soils of ambulances and hearses ...), only it uses materials of the best quality.

The materials that MIPOL uses for the manufacture of his scale of sanitary cabins and services for the both provisional and permanent use, and for public and private places, are principalemente of polyester, fiberglass and gel-coat. Next, there are exhibited the principal qualities that MIPOL appreciates in these three materials:

POLYESTER.

The polyester reinforced with fiberglass, is a reinforced thermosetting plastic, for which it happens irrecoverably once hardened. This material, it offers as principal advantage for his use in the manufacture of pieces for the automotion (the hoods for vehicles and tabliers of which he is a manufacturer MIPOL), as well as the sanitary cabins of proper manufacture, an extraordinary resistance to the haulage and to the shock.

FIBERGLASS.

The fiberglass offers a few properties that make her very useful to reinforce pieces initially desenvolupadas with other materials. These characteristics are:

- Mechanical resistance: It has a specific resisténcia (haulage / thickness) superior to that of the steel.
- Electrical characteristics: it is the excellent thermal insulating one, even in limited thicknesses.
- Incombustionalidad: Bo spreads the flame, does not even cause either smokes or toxicity with the heat.
- Dimensional stability: few sensitive to change of temperature, it has a low coefficient of dilation.
- Compatibility with the organic matters.
- It does not rot: Insensitive to the action of the rodents and of the insects.
- Weak thermal conductivity: The use of the materials composed in the construction industry allows to suppress the thermal bridges, giving place to a saving of considerable heating.
- Permeability dieléctrica
- Resistance to the chemical agents.

GELCOAT.

The Gel-coat, it is especially useful for three important functions:
a) To protect the sheeting against the effects of the intempérie and the moisture.
b) To award finished of color, smooth and brilliant in the surfaces of the piece.
c) To serve as base to apply special paintings (acrylic, poliuretanos, etc ...)

Generally the GELCOAT is applied on the surface of the mould, realizing the application of the structural sheeting on this layer. The gelcoat reproduces the superficial carateristics of the mould, therefore, smooth and brilliant moulds allow pieces also smooth and brilliant.
The gelcoat of finished has to be applied on polished well moulds, with special attention to the finished superficial one.
